FAQ - General information

This page contains useful information about how the E-therapy website works.

Q1.

What are the Handy Hints?

A1.

On the e-therapy site there are many handy hints. These will change on a regular basis; they are on the site to give you additional guidance when you are new to... the site and also inform you about new features or changes.

Q2.

How are bookings/appointments made? - i.e. Is a website generated email sent to the counsellor, to reply to or is it somehow based on-screen or arranged by phone?

A2.

The client or therapist can book sessions online; these can be set calendar times; requested times or using your own developed template based on weekly times et...c. Booking is very easy once you have access to the system for both you and the client. Your online calendar clearly indicates when you have sessions booked; there are also a number of computer generated emails in the system to assist you with set up and bookings.

Q3.

What are the fees, or fee structure for those who register with the company? i.e. are there any fees other than the choice of plan?

A3.

You only pay for a Plan if you use our website. If you want the system to be connected to your website or tailored in any way we will respond with prices when w...e are clear on how and what you want the system to do. A price guide for tailored systems can be sent on request; however it really depends on how many changes you request and how long they take us to develop.

Q4.

Can an individual therapist create their own (e-therapy.com.au) hyperlink to their sub-domain name from their own (the therapist's) website? So clients can go direct from the therapist's website, to the therapist's e.therapy sub-domain. If so what, if any costs are there?

A4.

Yes EVERY therapist who registers automatically has their own sub-domain. No extra cost. The 'clients go direct' process as described in the question is exactly... how it can work as this is the point of how it is set up.

Q5.

How do clients pay for sessions, e.g. Paypal or other system like e.way.com.au, or Commonwealth Bank's BPoint system?

A5.

You have the ability to set up Paypal or Paymate online through the system or to organise yourself: how you would like to be paid offline if you wish....
